消瘀散醇提物电离子导入对深静脉血栓形成的疗效及CD62-P的影响

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in alcohol txtrac of Xiaoyu powder by iontophoresis and the effect on the expression of CD62-P.Methods:The 60 patients with DVT were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The VAS,swelling and the expression of CD62-P were detected before treatment and after the treatment of 3d,7d and 10d,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:After the treatment of 3d,7d and 10 d,VAS pain and CD62-P expression between two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05);In swelling,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05)between the two groups after the treatment of 3 d and 7 d,but the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05) after the treatment of 10d.The difference on swelling scores between 7d and 10d after treatment,was statistically significant in control group (P＜0.01).The effective rate was 83.3％ in treatment group and 76.7％ in the control group,and the difference efficacy was statistically significant (P＜0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:Alcohol extract of Xiaoyu powder by iontophoresis showed remarkable effect on DVT and it may be related to the decrease of expression of CD62-P.关键词
