中医五步护理配合循时调经对多囊卵巢综合征的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of five-step Chinese medicine nursing combined with sequential menstruationt treatment on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of Spleen and kidney-Yang deficiency.Methods:The 106 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into control group and research groups,53 cases in each.The control group was given Chinese Medicine sequential menstruationt treatment,and the research group was given five-step Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of control group for 4 weeks.TCM symptom scores,serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),testosterone (T) and short-form health survey (SF-36) scores of 2 groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores,serum levels of FSH,LH and T decreased in the two groups significantly (P＜0.05),while research group showed lower indexes than control group (P＜0.05);After treatment,the SF-36 scores of 2 groups increased in the two groups significantly (P＜0.05),and research group showed higher SF-36 scores than control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Five-step Chinese Medicine nursing combined with sequential menstruationt treatment can relief clinical symptom of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen and kidney-Yang deficiency,regulate their serum hormone levels and improve quality of life.关键词
