摘要

Abstract

Oxalodihydrazinium 5, 5′-bistetrazole-1,1′-diolate (BTOOH) was prepared by protonation of oxalyl dihydrazide and 5, 5′-bistetrazole-1,1′-diol dihydrate(BTO)with the yield of 92%.The single crystal of BTOOH was cultured.Its crystal structure and thermal stability were studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction and TG-DSC.Its friction sensitivity, impact sensitivity and electrostatic sensitivity were measured.The results show that the crystal of BTOOH belongs to monoclinic system and it contains two molecules of coordinationn water.The water-lost temperature is 123℃ and exothermic decomposition peak temperature is 245.49℃, revealing good thermal stability.BTOOH is insensitive to impact, friction and electric spark.Its sensitivety is lower than that of RDX.The preparation process of BTOOH is simple, it can be used in the study of cooling agent and has a good application prospect.
