基于正交试验的特殊螺纹油管接头性能优化分析
Performance Optimization Analysis of Special Threaded Pipe Joint Based on Orthogonal Test

Abstract
In order to optimize the connection performance and sealing performance of a kind of special threaded tubing joint, the matrix analysis method is used to select the bearing angle of the joint of the special screw thread,and the combination of the in-ternal pressure,the shoulder angle and the taper of the joint. By establishing the three layer structure model of orthogonal test and layer structure matrix,the product of each layer matrix is used to obtain the experimental values of the weight matrix,including the shoulder of contact stress,main sealing surface of contact stress and the maximum equivalent stress of the screw,and the weights of various factors affecting the joint of special threaded tubing are calculated. According to the weight of the size,the optimal combina-tion of the program as well as the impact of the factors on the performance of the main sequence of primary and secondary is deter-mined. The results show that the bearing angle is-3°,the internal pressure is 30MPa,the shoulder angle is-15°,the taper is 1:16, the special screw thread joint can keep relatively good connection performance and sealing performance.关键词
