A study on the adaptive nonparametric CUSUM control chart in the performance testing of electrical insulation process
摘要
Abstract
The performance testing of electric insulation is an indispensable part in production processes.There are some advantages in using the adaptive nonparametric CUSUM control chart to the online performance testing of electric insulation.First,it can save steps of fitting distribution form;second,it can ensure the monitoring accuracy and efficiency in detecting various magnitudes of mean shifts.So,detecting online by the adaptive nonparametric CUSUM control chart can keep the insulating property of products steady,and reduce the loss rate of productions.关键词
