摘要

Abstract

Because the profiles of scroll compressor is very complicated,narrow alveolar,large ratio of height to thickness,large deformation,high precision and cutting chatter when high speed cutting,it has obtained the modal parameters of rough workpiece,finish workpiece,keyway cutter and end milling cutter by finite element method.The curves fitting of feed speed,cutting speed and vibration frequency,which can be used to guide for the selection of process parameters,to prevent cutting resonance,were acquired by MATLAB software.The validation and reliability of the scheme was verified by experiments.
