摘要

Abstract

Due to the powerful function of this software,and no programming background of engineering and technical personnel also easy to learn,so this article use the LabVIEW software write control program.Based on the control mode of the research,using the LabVIEW software program to control the pneumatic proportional valve,to control the position of the rodless cylinder in the end.Respectively by traditional PID controller and the state of the controller to control the position of the rodless cylinder,by comparing the experimental test curve,prove state controller of rodless cylinder position control accuracy is higher and more stable.Especially the square wave location tracking characteristic is better,prove state controller is more suitable for pneumatic position servo control system.
