摘要

Abstract

Due to the space limitation, the electromagnetic brake device of the double input planetary reducer for steering gear of an aircraft was designed as a disposable mechanical product, and was compared with the conventional electromagnetic brake.In order to validate the design result, the electromagnetic force simulation was conducted by ANSYS.The results show that, under the premise of meeting the same performance requirements, the weight and volume of the disposable electromagnetic brake can be effectively reduced compared with the conventional one.It proves the effectiveness of the design of disposable electromagnetic brake and the practicability of disposable mechanical products on special occasions.
