摘要

Abstract

This paper studies an auxiliary stand rehabilitation training system aiming at helping the stroke patients with standing difficulty accomplish routine rehabilitation training.On the basis of analyzing the normal standing movement locus of human body, a two-degree auxiliary stand rehabilitation training system was designed.By gathering the surface electromyogram signals of tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle before and after the rehabilitation training, the rehabilitation efficacy of the system was verified.The system ran normally during the one-month rehabilitation training of the patients, and the muscle strength of the patients increased significantly after the rehabilitation compared with the untrained patients.With good rehabilitation effect, this system is of practical value for the early rehabilitation of stroke patients with standing difficulty.
