摘要

Abstract

The behavior of directly acid leaching and alkali leaching of fly ash,as well as activation process (mechanical activation,microwave activation and muffle furnace activation),and whether add sodium carbonate additives for muffle furnace activation were investigated.The results indicate that the dissolution rate of the directly acid leaching and alkali leaching is only 4.50% and 10.05%,respectively.In the presence of additives,the acid leaching dissolution rate of chemical-activated fly ash is 97.34%,while the mechanical-activated and microwave-activated fly ash have acid leaching dissolution rate of 11.00 %.Compared with adding no sodium carbonate additives,the acid leaching dissolution rate of muffle furnace activation increase by 73.21%.The characterization of XRD,SEM and FTIR indicate that the nepheline NaAlSiO4,which is soluble in acid,formed from the insoluble mullite,dense globular particles and other forms of the fly ash.It further demonstrates that the necessity of adding sodium carbonate,and the advantage of high temperature chemical activation process.Therefore,it can conclude that the addition of sodium carbonate during high temperature activation is an effective method to extract compounds in fly ash.
