摘要

Abstract

For most currently available sampler cutting leathers,leather plane flatand blade plane flat are parallel,thus instantaneous cutting requires great force,which leads to several performance defects,particularly,heavy and complicated sampler device.This paper put forward a new technique to improve the line-contact cutting into point-contact cutting and instantaneous into process based on the analysis of four dimensional space-time and the cutting mechanism of leather sample preparation.Some samplers with significant performance such as the plane blade scissors,cylindrical rotary blade,integrated cylindrical rotary blade and cylindrical combination,etc have been designed.Noticeably,the cutting technology of cylindrical rotary blade sampler not only allows for the full coverage of arbitrary graphics specimen,but also effectively solves the problem of blade protection and operation stability.Moreover,good performances,such asgreatly reduced force,energy saving and emission reduction are explored in both theory and practice.To sum up,the newlydeveloped sampler achieves the miniaturization of the device and the expected goal of manual operation,leading to its substantial application value,and potential big impact.
