摘要
Abstract
The article introduced professor WANG Baokui's experience on treating IgA Nephropathy.Professor WANG Baokui believes that wind-heat,insufficiency of both Qi and Yin are the root pathological mechanism.The constitution of the patients are heat originally.Wind plays a significant role in morbidity and progress of the disease.The insufficiency of both Qi and Yin are primarily on lung and kidney.Expelling wind,clearing heat,replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin are the basic methods.The emphasis is changed with stage.Meanwhile spleen and stomach would be protected simultaneously.The clinical symptom is not consistent with pathology generally.The exact syndrome would be obtained via the combination of micro and macro views.The treatment methodology could be refined.关键词
