Experience of Professor GAO Yueping on Treating Adenomyosis Secondary Dysmenorrhea from Liver and Kidney

摘要
Abstract
The morbidity of odenomyosis presents rising trend,its treatment also gradually deeper.Western treatment methods have hormones,surgery and interventional therapy,but it has its limitations.Such as hormonotherapy not only has short-term efficacy,but also relapses easily and has untoward effects at the same time;Patients with surgical removal of the uterus is hard to accept,and suitable only for no longer pregnant women and makes menopause come earlier;uterine and ovarian amenorrhea are cased by uterine arterial embolization possible.Chinese traditional treatment has its advantages in the treatment of this disease.Professor GAO Yueping thinks that dysmenorrhea developes from adenomyosis origins from deficiency of the kidney and liver depression,but expresses intermine-gled phlegm and blood stasis.Clinically this deficiency is more common.In order to search for the primary cause of disease in treating and resolving the current problems and eliminating the root in the meanwhile,it is important not only to warm the kidney and soothe the liver,but also disperse blood stasis and eliminate phlegm.Case to be discussed.关键词
