Abstract

Objective:By comparing the observed Tinglizi different brands of granules on experimental COPD rats bronchus,lung tissue injury and inflammatory intervention effect.The difference in efficacy of experimental pulmonary heart disease rat cell extracellular matrix disorders,pulmonary hypertension,right ventricular hypertrophy and pathological repair.Comparing the effect of granule and decoction pieces.To evaluate the value of clinical application of granule.Methods:The rats smoked 4weeks can be formed in experimental animal models of COPD.In the third weeks of administration,a total of two weeks of administration.The experimental rats were sacrificed twenty-ninth days.Lung morphology and measurement of bronchus,observed by histopathology,serum NO level was measured by nitrate reductase method,detected the level of serum ET-1ELISA kit.The rats were induced by smoking combined with intraperitoneal injection of MTC in the rat model of pulmonary heart disease.The rats were sacrificed fifty-seventh day after taking the medicine for two weeks,and histopathological observation was carried out.The serum NO level was detected by nitrate reductase method,and the levels of ANP,BNP,MMP-9and TIMP-lin serum was detected by kit ELISA.Results:Intervention effect on COPD rat model:Compared with the model group,the high dose group of T could significantly inhibit mean lining septal thickening (P < 0.05),reduce the level of ET-lin serum (P < 0.01),the serum NO level of the L high-dose group is decreased significantly (P < 0.01).Compared with the K and L high dose group,the serum ET-1 was significantly decreased (P < 0.05).Compared with the high dose group of T,the level of serum NO was significantly higher than that in the L high dose group (P < 0.05).The level of serum ET-1 in the T group,and the level of serum NO in the K group and the L group were significantly lower in the high dose group than in the middle dose group (P < 0.01,P < 0.05,P < 0.05).Intervention effect of experimental pulmonary heart disease:Compared with the model group,T could be effective intervention rat right ventricular hypertrophy index,serum level of MMP-9decreased significantly (P < 0.01);the K group of the serum BNP and MMP-91evets decreased significantly (P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.01);the L group of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),right ventricular hypertrophy index had significant intervention effect (P < 0.01,P < 0.05).The serum BNP level of T was significantly lower than that of the L group (P < 0.05),and the serum MMP-9level of the K was significantly low-er than that of the L (P < 0.05).Conclusion:There are differences between the products.T Tinglizi granule can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction in experimental COPD rats bronchial and lung tissue injury.Three products can effectively alleviate the pulmonary vascular injury,extracellular matrix metabolism disorders,right heart hypertrophy in experimental pulmonary heart disease model rats,delay the disease process.
