Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Huangqi Zhenzhumu Decoction combined with naloxone in the treatment of viral myocarditis (Qi-Yin deficiency type) and the effect on levels of three indexes of serum myocardial enzymes.Methods:98patients with viral myocarditis (Qi-Yin deficiency type) who were randomy divided into observation group and controlled group,49cases in each group.The controlled group were treated with naloxone while the observation group were treated with Huangqi Zhenzhumu Decoction combined with naloxone.The clinical efficacy,the changes of myocardial enzymes (LDH,AST,CK) before and after treatment and the relief of main symptoms in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the controlled group (89.80％ vs 73.47％) (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in LDH,AST and CK levels between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of LDH,AST and CK were decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.01),and the changes were more significant in the observation group than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in main symptom scores between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of palpitation,shortness of breath,dizziness and fatigue were decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.01).The decreased ranges were more significant in the observation group than the controlled group and the relief of main symptoms was better than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huangqi Zhenzhumu Decoction combined with naloxone is significant in the treatment of viral myocarditis (Qi-Yin deficiency type),help to improve myocardial enzyme index,without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
