棱莪参芪方治疗非小细胞肺癌15例
15 Patients of Non-Small-Cell-Lung Cancer Treated with Leng'e Shenqi Formula
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Leng'e Shenqi (LESQ) Formula on Non-Small-Cell-Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients of blood stasis syndrome on TCM symptom scores,Karnofsky scores,and blood coagulation index.Methods:30patients were selected according to inclusion criteria and divided into 2groups randomly.The controlled group was treated with chemotherapy only,and the treatment group was administered LESQ Formula besides chemotherapy.Results:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than the controlled group,and the Karnofsky scores of the treatment group were higher than the controlled group,and the descent of D-Dimer and fibrinogen was better than the controlled group.The level of prothrombin (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) were both normal and there were no difference between the 2groups.Conclusion:LESQ Formula has therapeutic effect on relieving the clinical symptoms of NSCLC patients of blood stasis syndrome,and elevating the life quality,and descending the level of D-Dimer and fibrinogen.关键词
