Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of using Qige Powder in the treatment of reflux esophagitis and its effect on cytokines.Methods:92patients with reflux esophagitis were selected from January 2016to June 2016in the department of gastroenterology outpatient and ward in our hospital.According to the random number table,92patients were divided into observation group (n =46) and controlled group (n =46).The controlled group was treated with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsule,the observation group was treated with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsule combined with Qige Powder.The clinical efficacy,total score of gastroscope,cytokines,gastrointestinal hormones,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (91.3％) was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (80.4％).(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the total score of gastroscope in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The positive expression rates of P16and NO level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of serum GAS and MTL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05),the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Qige Powder combined with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is accurate,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
