Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of 78cases primary hepatocellular carcinoma (liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome).Methods:From June 2013to July 2014,156patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital were selected,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,78cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with western medicine only,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Huayu Decoction.The short-term efficacy,quality of life,adverse reactions and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (66.7％) was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (55.1％) (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of improvement of quality of life in the observation group (84.6％) was significantly higher than that in the controlled group (55.1％) (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group were nausea and vomiting,leukopenia,fatigue,abdominal distension and pain and liver adverse reactions were significantly lower than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of immune function (NK,CD3,CD4,CD4/CDs) in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controledl group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huayu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome of primary liver cancer is significant,it can effectively improve the immune function and quality of life of the patients.关键词
