Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Guilong Decoction on hemorheology and peripheral endothelial cells in patients with diabetic foot.Methods:A total of 160patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups,80cases in each.The controlled group was given routine epalrestat intervention,while the observation group was additionally treated with Guilong Decoction.The clinical effect,hemorheological indexes (whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood reduction viscosity,hematocrit) and peripheral blood endothelial cell function indexes [endothelial microparticles (EMPs) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and plasma yon Willbrand factor (wWF)] were compared between the two groups.The therapeutic effect and mechanism of Guilong Decoction was explored.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95％ while in the controlled group was 80％ (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity of the observation group [(5.19±0.38) μg/min and (7.43± 0.69) μg/min] were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the controlled group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of EMPs,sICAM-1and wWF in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the controlled group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Guilong Decoction can significantly relieve limb pain and numbness,which may be related to the improvement of hemorheology and peripheral blood endothelial cell function.关键词
