降浊方大黄黄连泻心汤对高脂血症糖脂代谢异常患者高密度脂蛋白及尿酸的影响研究
Study on the Effect of Jiangzhuo Recipe for High Density Lipoprotein And Uric Acid in Patients with Dyslipidemia with Hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes of high density lipoprotein and uric acid in patients with dyslipidemia induced by hyperlipidemia and hyperlipidemia.Methods:120patients with type 2diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital in January 2014were randomly divided into experimental group (n =61) and controlled group (n =59).The patients in the controlled group were given the baseline data of the two groups,the level of blood lipid after treatment,the level of blood glucose and the level of uric acid,and recorded the adverse events during the experiment.The statistical method was applied to the controlled group.Data analysis summary.Results:The levels of triglyceride in the experimental group were significantly decreased at 12weeks after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference between the 8weeks and 12weeks after the total cholesterol treatment (P ＜ 0.05).There was a significant difference between the four weeks after treatment,4weeks,12weeks and 12weeks after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The high density of the experimental group (P ＜ 0.05).At 4weeks,8weeks and 12weeks after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).After 8weeks and 12weeks of uric acid treatment,the decrease was significant compared with that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The blood glucose of the experimental group was significantly decreased at 8weeks,12weeks after treatment and 2hours after the meal,which was significantly different from that before treatment.The body weight,BMI and the weight of the patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group.Waist circumference declined after 12weeks of treatment,and the differences before treatment were statistically significant;the controlled group before and after treatment of these indicators had no change,no signs of improvement.Conclusion:Jiangzhuo Recipe is effective in the treatment of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,and to reduce the levels of low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,total cholesterol,uric acid and blood glucose on the basis of increasing high density lipoprotein.Playing an effective anti-lipid lowering acid and hypoglycemic effect,both to lose weight,reduce the BMI and waist circumference,while less side effects and safer.关键词
