Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy of Yishen Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic uric acid nephropathy (CUAN) and the effect on renal function and oxidative stress.Methods:A total of 82cases with CUAN admitted to our hospital from March 2015to November 2016were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups by the random number table method,41cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine alone while the observation group were treated with Yishen Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine.The renal function,oxidative stress indexes and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (90.24％ vs 73.17％) (P ＜ 0.05).The nephropathy index,Scr,UAER and BUA in the observation group [(136.28±17.59),(91.03±7.57) μmol/L,(104.84±13.22) μmol/L,(291.61± 25.37) mg/24h] were significantly lower than those in the control group [(166.33±21.37),(97.84±9.52) μmol/L,(137.51 ±30.64) μmol/L,(316.62±32.58) mg/24h] (P ＜ 0.05).AOPP,MDA and T-AOC in the observation group [(38.23± 4.52) μmol/L,(3.32±0.38) nmol/L,(17.82±1.83) U/ml] were significantly lower than those in the control group [(31.76 ±4.35) μmol/L,(5.48±0.52) nmol/L,(15.22±1.48) U/ml] while SOD (89.55±9.08) U/ml was significantly higher than that in the controlled group (84.61±8.37) U/ml (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with CUAN with Yishen Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the oxidative stress related indicators and improve renal function.关键词
