Abstract
Objective:Investigating the treatment effect of Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture in patients with ischemic apoplexy of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type,and comparing the changes of plasma matrix metalloproteinase.Methods:Randomly grouped 70cases of patients with ischemic apoplexy of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type in our hospital from October 2012to October 2015into observation group and controlled group.The patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture.The patients in the controlled group were treated with acupuncture.Compared the curative effect,activity of daily living (ADL),the score of Fugl-Meryer in simplified limb,matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-9) and the changes of concentration of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) of patients after treatment in the two groups.Results:The curative effect in the observation group (92.00％) was significant larger than that in the controlled group (74.00％).The score of ADL in the observation group (71.12 ± 14.40) was significant larger than that in the controlled group (53.16 ± 11.20) after treatment.The score of Fugl-Meryer in simplified limb in the observation group (92.08±10.23) was significant larger than that in the controlled group after treatment (76.45 ±8.50).There were significant differences in the concentration of MMP-9between the observation group (144.32±27.40) μg/L and the controlled group (200.21±30.17) μg/L aftertreatment.The concentration of TNF -α in the observation group (27.12±4.13) μg/L was significant smaller than that in the controlled group (41.23±3.34) μg/L after treatment,the differences in two groups were statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture can obviously reduce MMP-9of patients with ischemic apoplexy of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type,and significantly improve the quality of life.关键词
