Abstract
Objective:To study the curative efficacy of Cefradine and Qingwei Decoction in the treatment of periodontosis and its effect on serum TNF alpha.Methods:120patients of periodontosis who received therapy from January 2016to March 2016in our hospital were selected as research objects,and in accordance with the method of the treatment would be divided into observation group and controlled group,the controlled group used cephalosporins set for treatment,the observation group combined with Qingwei Decoction for treatment,treated for 2weeks,observed the efficacy of treatment and the effect of serum TNF alpha.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0％,significantly higher than that of the controlled group,the total effective rate was 83.3 ％,specific statistical significance difference comparing the two groups (P ＜ 0.05);After treatment,the observation group of serum TNF alpha level for (6.97± 1.54) ng/L,significantly lower than that of the controlled group (7.58±1.59) ng/L,the two groups was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);And the observation group of gingival index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,plaque index and probe depth were significantly lower than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05),after treatment,the two groups had happened a series of complications,the incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Using Cephalosporins,fixed joint Qingwei Decoction in the treatment of periodontal disease patients,can significantly lower the serum level of TNF alpha,the clinical curative effect is distinct,and can reduce the incidence of complications and better security.关键词
