自制竹栀五黄液外敷治疗急性感染性创面的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:Comparing the clinical efficacy between Self-made Zhuzhi Wuhuang Liquid for external application and western medicine routine iodophor dressing in healing acute infected wounds.Methods:From January 2016to July 2016,70patients with acute infectious wound were randomly divided into observation group with 35cases and controlled group with 35cases.After the convational iodophor disinfection,the observtion gronp with Self-made Zhuzhi Wuhuang Liquid for external application,the controlled group with physiological saline infiltration steril gauze compress,dressing was changed every other day and the observation period for 14days.Recording the VAS pain scores and pain disappear time,wound size,skin temperature,skin restore normal time and wound area and wound color and luster.Results:Contrasting the differences within the group and between groups.The standard ＜0.05test.The observation group cured 19cases,13cases were markedly effective,3cases were effective,0case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 100％,the cure rate was 54.23 ％;the controlled group cured 10cases,7cases were markedly effective,4cases were effective,4cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.18％,the cure rate was 28.57％.The observation group was better than that of the controlled group,the difference was statistcally significant (P＜ 0.05).At the VAS pain score,wound skin temperature dropped to the normal range of time,wound secretions,wound area and wound color and luster of the treatment group was better than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of routine dressing and application of treatment of wound infection,Self-made Zhuzhi Wuhuang Liquid can improve the cure rate,effectively shorten the wound healing time,relieve pain,has no obvious toxic and side effects and compliance of patients with good,worthy of clinical application.关键词
