龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性湿疹疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of using Longdan Xiegan Dectoction in the treatment of acute eczema patients.Methods:68cases with acute eczema were randomly divided into two groups:34cases received Longdan Xiegan Dectoction in the treatment group twice per day and 34cases received l0mg per day Loratadine Tablet in the controlled group.The course of treatment was two weeks.To observe the severity of eczema and pruritus in patients before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:Before and after therapy,there were significantly difference in the severity of eczema and pruritus of the treatmeat group and the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The eczema severtity and clinical efficacy of the treatment group were better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),and there were no adverse drug events in two groups.Conclusion:Longdan Xiegan Dectoction is effective in the treatment of acute eczema,and its effect is better than Loratadine Tablet.关键词
