Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection combined with electro acupuncture for nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:121patients were randomly divided into observation group (n =41),adopted the treatment of acupoint injection combined with electro acupuncture;acupuncture controlled group (n =40),with simple acupuncture treatment;oral drug group (n=40),by oral administration of Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules;group for 2consecutive weeks.Results:The observation group after 2weeks of treatment,the total effective rate (95.12％) was significantly higher than that in the acupuncture controlled group (82.50％) and oral medication group (55 ％);The pain and numbness score and hemorheology index of the observation group at first and 2weeks after treatment were significantly better than those in the controlled group;during the period of the three groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Acupoint injection combined with acupuncture treatment can effectively alleviate neck pain and numbness in patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,clinical effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy significantly,and the efficacy of the therapy,and the side effects of small,low cost,convenient operation,worthy of clinical application.关键词
