针刺“泥丸八阵”治疗前庭周围性眩晕残余症状
Needling "Niwan Bazhen" to Treat Residual Symptoms of Peripheral Vestibular Vertigo

Abstract
Objective:To confer the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment called "Niwan Bazhen" to residual symptoms of peripheral vestibular vertigo.Methods:30cases of peripheral vestibular vertigo patients after complete remission in symptoms depending on the rotation,the use of "Niwan Bazhen",the acupuneture treatment,7days as 1 course,observed before and after 4courses of treatment by the Disability Rating Scale (DHI).Results:Through DH1 scores,the total improved rate accounted for 53％ (16/30),which obviously improved 6.6％ (2/30),the moderatdy improved 26.6％ (8/30),mildly improved 20％ (6/ 30),46.7％ (14/30) was invalid,no deterioration cases.After weekly treatment,from DiHI score,through statistical analysis,the every weekly treatments had obviously statistics differences (P ＜ 00.01),after the first course of treatment DiHi score decreased the most scoring down smooth after each course,and scoring with a statistically significant drop in each course (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical studies confirm as soon as possible,to use the "Niwan Bazhen " method of acupuncture treatment,can significantly improve the Quality of life.Continuously give 4courses of treatment,can help to eliminate rudimental symptom of vertigo as soon as earlier,and rehabilitate vestibular function.关键词
