翳风穴梅花针叩刺放血联合指趾端刺治疗急性期Hunt综合征的临床疗效观察
Clinical Curative Observation of Combining Plum-blossom Needle Cupping Bloodletting on Yifeng Acupoint and Finger (toe) Needling to Treat Hunt Syndrome in Acute Stage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and evaluate the clinical effect of plum-blossom needle cupping bloodletting on Yifeng acupoint and combined with finger and toe needling in the treatment of acute Hunt syndrome.Methods:Fifty-two patients with acute Hunt syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,26cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yifeng acupoint plum-blossom needle puncturing bloodletting cupping combined with finger (toe) needling and conventional acupuncture.The controlled group was treated with Yifeng acupoint plum-blossom needle bloodletting cupping combined with conventional acupuncture.The VAS score of the two groups before and after treatment were measured,and the curative effect was evaluated according to the disappearance time of ear pain and recovery time of facial paralysis.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was higher than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yifeng acupoint plum-blossom needle pricking bloodletting combined with finger (toe) needling is used to treat Hunt syndrome in the acute phase has obviouly clinical efficacy,analgesic effect is remarkable,no adverse reactions and other complications.关键词
