穴位埋线对比针刺加麦粒灸于相同穴位治疗慢性腰肌劳损急性痛疼的临床疗效差异分析
Clinical Analysis of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Compared with Acupuncture Combined with Seed-sized Moxa Cone Moxibustion at the Same Acupoint for the Treatment of Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding with acupuncture plus wheat grain moxibustion at the same acupoint in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods:126patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain treated in our hospital from December 2014to December 2016were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group (63cases) and controlled group (63cases),NRS score,PPI score,SF-36quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed after treatment in both groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.7％ in the treatment group and 82.5％ in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05)..There was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05) of the scores of signs,PPI between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of SF-36between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acupoint catgut embedding avoids pain and trouble of acupuncture and moxibustion daily,and the curative effect is more remarkable,and the pain relief and treatment effect are better.关键词
