中药外敷灌肠护理措施结合益脾养肝方对肝癌癌前病变患者影响分析
Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Application and Enema Treatment Combined with Yipi Yanggan Recipe for Patients with Precancerous Lesions of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine external application and enema nursing combined with Yipi Yanggan Decoction for patients with precancerous lesions of liver cancer.Methods:A total of 366patients with precancerous lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma underwent care from December 2010to December 2016were selected.Among them,209males and 157females had an average age of 53.7 ± 11.5years.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group (183cases).On the basis of routine nursing of western medicine,the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema and Yipi Yanggan Decoction.The controlled group (183cases) was treated by routine western medicine.The signs and symptoms (ALB,ALT and AST),and the quality of life was measured.The quality of life of the patients was measured.The patients were followed up for 1 time and 8times a week.Results:The total effective rate was 89.1％ in the experimental group and higher than that in the controlled group,which was 72.1％.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The biochemical indexes of the two groups were improved before and after the nursing group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P ＞ 0.05).The scores of the two groups were significantly different from those of the controlled group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups before the first three weeks (P ＞ 0.05).From the fourth week to the eighth (P ＞ 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).From the 4th week to 8th week,the scores of the two groups were different (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine external application and enema treatment combined with Yipi Yanggan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with precancerous lesions of liver cancer,protect patients with liver and spleen function,improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
