Clinical Study on the Effect of Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Abdominal Distension for AECOPD with Ventilated Ventilation in Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on abdominal distension of AECOPD with respiratory ventilation.Methods:A total of 70AECOPD patients were enrolled in our hospital from November 2014to November 2016.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group of 35cases (conventional treatment combined with Sijunzi Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of care),the controlled group of 35cases (conventional treatment),recorded patients treated to bowel sounds normal,the first exhaust time interval;patients with TCM syndrome points,changes in the value of intra-abdominal pressure;patients with adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the syndrome scores and intra-abdominal pressure were decreased in both groups,which were significantly different from those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The time of exhaust and recovery of bowel sounds in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05),and the total effective rate was 91.4％,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of AECOPD with ventilated ventilated patients with mechanical ventilation.It is worthy of popularization.关键词
