Abstract
Objective:To exploe effects research of Chinese medicine nursing on gastrointestinal function and self-care agency in patients with postoperative cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 83cases of cervical cancer patients were selected and divided into two group,the controlled group was 41cases and the observation group was 42cases,the controlled group had been treated with conventional care,the observation group had been treated with Chinese medicine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group demonstrated earlier resume of bowel sound,anal exhaust,the first defecation and back at the food were shorter than the controlled group,there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05);the scores of nursing ability,nursing skills,the sense of responsibility,self concept and health knowledge scores of the observation group were better than that of the controlled group,there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of ESCA scale,self concept,the protection of the sense of responsibility and health knowledge level were better than that of the controlled group,there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after postoperative cervical cancer and improve the self-care agency of patients after postoperative cervical cancer,it is worthy of wider promotion and application.关键词
