摘要

Abstract

Using γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550) and tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) as precursors of SiO2,SiO2 modified CPVC resin was prepared via Sol-Gel reaction of KH550 and TEOS in the resin matrix.The chemical composition and micro-morphology of the modified CPVC resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),X-ray energy spectrometer (EDS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).Besides,their heat performance before and after modification were also investigated.The results indicate that,the hybridation between SiO2 and CPVC has been carried out,the size of the resin decreases greatly after modification.The TGA curves and DSC curves show that,SiO2 hybridation is helpful to modify the heat-resistance of CPVC resin,its glass transition temperature and melt point increase.
