摘要
Abstract
The effects of the basic resin,modified materials,flame retardant,sensitizer,antioxidant,antiaging agent,lubricant,reinforcing agent,filler,and the coloring agent on oil-resistant irradiation halogen-free flame retardant insulating materials were studied.The formulation of oil-resistant irradiation halogen-free flame retardant insulating materials was established.The product properties were demonstrated by a series of experiment means.The performance test and characterization of the material show that:the tensile strength of the material is 17.2 MPa,the oil resistance can be tested by 100℃C and 70 h,the smoke density (flame) is 65,oxygen index is 32%,and elongation under load is 63%.Environmental performance meets standard requirements.关键词
