Abstract
Five kinds of PET beverage bottles,which are common in the market,were used to test the changes of the amount of acetaldehyde release by the method of crushing at the temperature of 23℃,40℃,70℃,95℃,120℃ and 150℃. The results show that the acetaldehyde release of the five kinds of PET beverage bottles increases with the increase of temperature.The amount of acetaldehyde released from hot bottling is the largest,and the amount of acetaldehyde released from colored bottle is larger than that of colorless bottle.关键词
