Abstract
This article reviewed the nurse-patient communication from the assessment tools of communication ability of nurses,the application of communication mode,the training of communication skills and so on.It put forward effective coping strategies for the related problems,that was helpful to carry out the research of nurse-patient communication in China.关键词
