摘要
Abstract
This article focused and analyzed the problems and shortcomings in the qualitative research of Chinese nursing managers combined with the progress status quo of qualitative research of nursing managers in China and other countries.It put forward some suggestions on the importance of qualitative research knowledge,improving the theoretical system,so as to promote the development of qualitative research of nursing managers in China.关键词
