不同剂量蛋白质饮食对Ⅱ期压疮愈合及血清白蛋白、血红蛋白影响的实验研究
Experimental study on different doses of protein diet on stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer healing,serum albumin and hemoglobin

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of different doses of protein diet on wound healing time of stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer,hemoglobin and serum albumin in rats.Methods:A total of 100 rats were randomly divided into control group (standard rat food containing 4 g protein),experimental group one (2 g protein),experiment group two (3 g protein),and experiment group three (5 g protein).The rats were treated with magnetic compression and continuous ischemic injury to copy the model of stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer.When the model finished,the rats were treated with four kinds of protein contents in each group every day.On the first day,the third day,the seventh day,and fourteenth day when the model finished,the pressure sores area and body weight of rats were measured,and the contents of hemoglobin and serum albumin at abdominal aorta were measured from 3 random rats'' from each group at each time.Results:The healing time was the shortest in control group and the longest in experimental group 1.The four groups had the fastest healing at the first week after the occurrence of pressure ulcer.The hemoglobin and serum albumin were continually decreasing in experimental group one and the experimental group two.Conclusions:The healing time was affected by protein.The basic diet was the most beneficial to the stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer healing and did not cause the change of the protein content in the body.关键词
