近10年我国非计划性拔管研究的文献计量学分析
Bibliometric analysis of unplanned extubation in China in recent ten years

Abstract
Objective:To systematically analyze the development situation and existing problems of studies about unplanned extubation in China,so as to provide some pieces of evidence for future studies.Methods:Literatures about unplanned extubation published from 2006 to 2016 retrieved from CNKI databases were analyzed systematically to build the literature review data.Results:A total of 1159 related pieces of literature were retrieved out,which were distributed in 237 kinds of journals,and the number of the papers increased year by year.96.9% of the authors published only one paper.95.2% of the authors of the studies came from single medical institutions.The studies of endotracheal intubation were the most (28.5%).In the past two years,most of the studies were intervention research.Studies were mainly focused on the causes of unplanned extubation,risk factors,preventive measures,and the evaluation of interventions.The average incidence of unplanned extubation of tube enteral nutrition,intravenous cannula,drainage tube,and endotracheal intubation ureter were 22.1%,20.5%,13.6%,12.2%,4.5%,respectively.After the interventions,the average incidence was 5.9%,5.8%,1.6%,2.3% and 0.2%,respectively.Conclusions:The amount of literature on preventing from unplanned extubation was on the rise,however,the study contents were simplified,the methods of study were not reliable,and also lack sustained researchers.It is necessary to build a core author group to pay sustained attention to the unplanned extubation,carry out high-quality studies on intervention studies from the management level,and build a risk assessment system,in order to provide a stronger evidence-based basis for preventing unplanned extubation.关键词
