摘要

Abstract

Three diesel oil feeds with similar sulfur content and different nitrogen content were prepared by denitrification with activated clay. The effects of nitrogen-containing compounds on the ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of the prepared diesel oil feeds over the Ni-Mo-W/γ-Al2O3 and Co-Mo/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were investigated in a pilot plant. The results indicated that the inhibition effect of the nitrogen-containing compounds on HDS was obvious,and with increasing the HDS depth, the inhibition effect was enhanced. When the nitrogen content was low,the apparent activation energy of HDS on the Ni-Mo-W catalyst was lower than that on Co-Mo catalyst,and the activity of the Ni-Mo-W catalyst was significantly higher than that of the Co-Mo catalyst. And the difference was more obvious with increasing LHSV. The Co-Mo catalyst was more sensitive to the inhibition effect of the nitrogen-containing compounds than the Ni-Mo-W catalyst. Under the conditions of 355℃,hydrogen partial pressure of 6.4 MPa,LHSV of 6.0 h-1,H2/oil volume ratio of 300,Ni-Mo-W as catalyst and diesel oil feed C with 6.7μg/g nitrogen content,the sulfur content in the product was 10.0μg/g.
