摘要
Abstract
The principle of electron optics for transmission electron microscopy was reviewed briefly. Different accessories were introduced,including energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),electron energy loss spectroscopy(EELS),in-situ experiment accessories and 3D reconstruction. For catalytic science,the sample preparation,and the applications of TEM,STEM and 3D reconstruction models were discussed. Still we had an expectation for the applications of TEM in catalytic science.关键词
