热致相分离法PVDF/纳米SiO2/石墨烯杂化中空纤维膜的制备及性能分析
Preparation and properties analysis of PVDF hollow fiber hybrid membrane via thermally induced phase separation

Abstract
In order to improve the properties of thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) membrane, PVDF hollow fiber hybrid membranes were prepared via TIPS, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and dioctyl phthalate (DOP) were used as the mixed diluent, nano-SiO2 and graphene were added as modifiers. The structure of the membranes was characterized by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), and its permeability and mechanical properties were tested. The effects of the amount of nano-SiO2 and graphene on the structure and properties of the membranes were investigated. The results show that the obtained membrane is homogeneous sponge-like pore structure, the outer surface of the membrane is smooth, and the inner surface is rough and porous. With the amount of nano-SiO2 increasing, the water contact angle of membrane increases, the pure water flux of membrane first increases and then decreases, and the membrane porosity was more than 70%, the tensile strength and elongation at break of membrane first increases and then decreases. Adding 3%nano-SiO2 and 0.5%graphene (mass ratio)at the same time, the graphene is uniformly dispersed in the membrane in the form of lamellar, the membrane pure water flux reaches 418 L/(m2·h), the tensile strength increases by 12.6%, and the elongation at break increases by 89.2%compared with the original membrane.关键词
