聚多巴胺诱导层层自组装抗紫外聚丙烯无纺布
UV-resistant polypropylene nonwoven via layer-by-layer self-assembly inspired by polydopamine

Abstract
In order to improve the UV-resistant properties of polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabric, polydopamine (PDA) layer was dip-coated onto the PP nonwoven fabric surface, and then the chitosan (CS) was grafted on the PDA, bringing the substrate positive charge. Subsequently, the graphene oxide (GO) and CS were alternatively assem-bled onto the fabric surface through electrostatic interaction, fabricating the UV-resistant PP nonwoven fabric with different self-assembly layers. The obtained fabric was characterized and analyzed by FTIR, TEM, SEM and UPF. The results showed that the GO and CS were successfully assembled onto the PP nonwoven fabric sur-face. Moreover, the UPF value of the modified sample with 10 self-assembly layers increased nearly 500 fold, reached 2000, and its UVA&UVB transmittance just was 0.05%.关键词
