纺织厂空压机排气末端换热器的设计
Design of exhaust heat exchanger for air compressor in textile mill

Abstract
In order to energy-saving emission reduction, the high temperature exhaust gas compressed by air compressor in textile mill is recovered to generate electricity by organic Rankine cycle (ORC). The internal fluid flow structure in a new exhaust heat exchanger was designed, and the fluid mathematical model for flow velocity, pressure, turbulent kinetic energy and dissipation rate of turbulent flow in the pipes was created. The flow and heat transfer of the internal fluid were analyzed by CFD software. The result showed that the effect of heat transfer is obvious with the increase of turbulence in internal fluid flow. The heat transfer performance is better with the higher velocity of hot air and the lower velocity of refrigerant. The larger fin size leads to smaller heat transfer coefficient and lower heat transfer efficiency. The heat transfer efficiency of the exhaust heat exchanger is up to 95.3%.关键词
