摘要

Abstract

Mycotoxins,secondary metabolites produced by toxigenic molds,are widespread and immunosuppressive, carcinogenic,nephrotoxic and teratogenic to human health through food chain cycles.Therefore,there is an urgent require-ment for the detection of mycotoxins.With the development of nanoscience and nanotechnology,the electrochemical bio-sensor,the combination of nanomaterials and aptamer,have aroused increasing attention due to their facile,high specificity and selectivity.In this paper,we summarize the research advances and discuss how to design and construct strategies to de-tect mycotoxins.We expect this review could provide some reference for the development of electrochemical sensor in fu-ture.
