蝼蛄挖掘运动与挖掘力同步采集系统
A Synchronous Acquisition System of the Digging Motion and Force of Mole Cricket

Abstract
The mole cricket's high-efficiency of excavating is associated with its excavating motion and mode of digging force.In order to study the relation between them,this paper presents a testing system,which can synchronously capture the motion image and record the digging force while the mole cricket is working.The system includes a mechanical testing plat-form,a software control system,and a synchronous trigger system.The mechanical testing platform was designed according to the expansion-extrusion characteristics of mole cricket excavating,so the real-time collection of the expansionary force of the foreleg claw can be realized.The synchronous trigger module can conduct high-speed image acquisition and data re-cording simultaneously.The software control system was composed by using LabVIEW,which can achieve data acquisition,calibration and playback.A verification test of excavation shows that the largest included angle between two forelegs is 47.4?,and the relative average digging force is about 0.84N.The proposed system is effective and reliable in image acquisition and data recording,which can provide some reference for the further study on the mechanism of mole cricket's excavation.关键词
