基于Workbench的双啮合分度机构的疲劳分析
Fatigue Analysis of Double Meshing Indexing Mechanism Based on Workbench

Abstract
While the influence of friction was taking into consideration,the meshing force between the cam and the needle tooth of the double meshing indexing mechanism was calculated first by using Matlab.A three-dimensional model was then developed by using SolidWorks.The cam was imported into ANSYS-Workbench for static analysis.The simulation values were compared with theoretical values.The S-N curve of the material and the cyclic load spectrum were obtained in order to accom-plish the fatigue analysis of the cam by using Fatigue toolbox.The cam's life,safety coefficient and fatigue sensitive curve were achieved at last.Some measures were also given to improve the service life of the cam.关键词
