摘要

Abstract

In recent years, China offshore oil and nature gas development extends to deep sea.The anticorrosion treatment becomes the most important factor of life and safety for pipeline.3 LPE is the mature technology of coating in anticorrosion industry and widely used in our national project, but 3 LPP has a late study and application.Because of the different of physicochemical property between 3 LPE and 3 LPP, the selection is different in performance.In order to avoid the deficiencies of the single anticorrosion coating, in the anticorrosion design of a deep water natural gas pipeline which was named LW 3-1 project, the pipeline is coated with 3 LPP in KP 0~KP 10 km and 3 LPE in KP 10~KP 261 km.The combination scheme has been successfully put into practice and proposed a new method of selecting anticorrosive coating for subsea gas pipeline in the future.
