MiR-29a-3p通过调控MITOL参与带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生研究
Study on participation of miR-29a-3p in occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia by regulating MITOL
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study whether or not miR-29a-3p participates in the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) by regulating MITOL.Methods A total of 20 SD rats were selected.PHN animal model was built by injection of varicella-zoster virus in left toe web.The spinal dorsal horn tissue miR-29a-3p and MITOL gene expression in rats in different periods were detected by qRT-PCR,and the spinal dorsal horn tissue MITOL protein expression in rats in different periods were detected by Western blotting;whether MITOL was a target gene of miR-29a-3p or not was verified by dual-luciferase report gene analysis.Results Three,seven,14 and 21 days after the modeling,the spinal dorsal horn tissue miR-29a-3p in rats decreased,but MITOL gene and protein expression increased;the dual-luciferase report gene analysis proved that MITOL was the target gene of miR-29a-3p.Conclusion miR-29a-3p participates in the occurrence of PHN by regulating MITOL.关键词
