毛兰素固体脂质纳米粒的制备及稳定性的初步研究

Abstract
Objective To prepare erianin (ER) solid lipid nanoparticle (SLN) and conduct preliminary study on its stability and other indexes.Methods Emulsion evaporation-solidification at low temperature was taken to prepare ER SLN.The entrapment efficiency,drug loading capacity,particle size,potential and stability were investigated.Results The particle size of the ER SLN prepared was 163.3 nm,the Zeta potential was-26.8 mV,the entrapment efficiency was 72.6%,and the drug loading capacity was 12.7%.The appearance and entrapment efficiency of ER SLN had no significant change when it was placed under 4 ℃ conditions for four weeks.Conclusion The preparation of ER SLN by emulsion evaporation-solidification at low temperature is feasible.The sample prepared has high stability under 4 ℃ conditions.关键词
